What is TriggerThreads? We stand for true change. Let me elucidate you in what TriggerThreads truly represents. A lot of thought has gone into this venture so let’s take it to the core cause this is driven by the community. TriggerThreads. As a noun, trigger, is a small device that releases a spring or catch and so sets off a mechanism, especially in order to fire a gun. As a verb it’s cause (an event or situation) to happen or exist. As a noun threads are long, thin strands of cotton, nylon, or other material used in sewing or weaving. As a verb thread is something continuous or drawn out, a tenuous or feeble support. It’s also to pass something through in the manner of a thread. The reason for starting this endeavor is that everyone has triggers in life. I’ve had personal friends in the military, friends and family who have been through life changing experiences. Then they have the hard fight with depression, loneliness, suicide, PTSD, the list goes on. Maybe hard to admit but at some point everyone has felt like they have had nothing in the tank and the littlest thing can set us off, trigger us. Let’s be kind to our neighbor, smile, you never know who’s just hanging on by their last thread. Join in! Let’s fight our life triggers and pull the trigger to eliminate those opponents in our life’s and thread through these obstacles together, become better on the other side together.
